Max and Anthony are dedicated to helping children manage similar experiences social and emotional topics in their lives. Maximus, a.k.a "Max," is an English Labrador who shares stories about real life experiences from his point of view so children can relate too. Click on each photo to learn more about each author.

Maximus "Max"

Max paw Born in Oakley, Michigan. Maximus grew up with the best family a dog could have. Maximus' family includes him on many exciting adventures. When Maximus is not sleeping, he enjoys walks, car rides, and of course his favorite treat, "Peanut Butter Treats." Also, he likes playing with his brother Wrigley, a basset hound, and his many animal and human friends. Maximus's is now an award winning children's book author and has a book series called, "Read with Max" as well award winning music series "Sing With Max". Children and adults of all ages can relate with his stories, pictures and adventures told from his prospective. Max also is also the first dog and signed artist with Center Sound Records, Inc. of Raleigh, North Carolina who also represents award winning and top selling Country and Gospel music artist Lynn Anderson When Max is not writing he is in the recording studio singing original childrens music while working with Emmy nominated writer and composer Craig Brandwynne and others guest recording artists. Max also has been active in working with his first cartoon series call "Max & Wrigley" staring his own band called "THE BISCUIT BAND."

Max like to give back a part of his proceeds and dog treats. He has even been recognized for his reading advocacy, fundraising and charitable effots by United State Senatory Debbie Stabenow, United State Congressman Sander Levin, and the State of Michigan Governor Rick Snyder.



Wrigley paw Wrigley is a bassett rescue from Ohio Bassett Rescue. He was rescued at 6 months year of age due to the economy. Wrigley now has a forever home with Max where his love playing with rabbits and Max, investigating and finding toys and treats around the house as well hide and seek. Max and Wrigley go on many adventures together and will be starring in "Max & Wrigley" 3D Animated Television series. Wrigley is currently writing books with max which will be featured soon as part of the Read With Max Series. As a sniff to his first book and great sense of smell not to mention his unlimited appetite, Max has asked Wrigly to be featured in his next book "Dogs Likes Cooking Too! where Wrigley will share some of his great nutritional recipes for humans as well some dishes his animal friends can eat too.


Anthony M.T. Majewski

Anthony Majewski paw An award winning childrens book author Anthony M.T. Majewski was born in Detroit, Michigan. Anthony grew up in a family of four that relocated around the country for nearly eleven years. At the age of eight, he started his moving adventures from Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan to Northbrook, Illinois to Plano, Texas then to Long Island (Glen Cove), New York and finally what he refers to as home, Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan. Anthony earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Psychology from Western Michigan University and a Masters Of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Walsh College. During college he earned many awards including "Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges" Award plus additional scholastic honors in his field of studies. After College, Anthony and his wife Julie started their family with the addition of their first dog Maximus "Max", an English Labrador Retriever. They also added to their family by rescuing "Wrigley", a Basset Hound and children; twin boys, "Alex and Nick". Maximus inspired Anthony's breakthrough award winning children's book, "Dogs Move Too! From Max's Point of View!" plus "Color with Max Activity and Coloring Book". Julie Majewski creates all the illustriations and scrap booking for each publication. Anthony and his wife Julie intend to continue adding stories to the Read With Max brand featuring family pets in childrens book stories, producing "Sign With Max" original childrens music, and creating Max's original cartoon series "Max and Wrigley." When Anthony is not working, he enjoys boating, playing racquetball, and of course spending time with his best dog friends, Maximus and Wrigley.
